At STM Trailbuilding, we offer a range of trail services from design to maintenance. But most of all, we are a build team who understands the art of trailbuilding beyond what can be drawn on paper or a computer. We can be contracted for the entire design/build or subcontracted as a supplemental work force to get your job done on time, on budget, and to your specifications. If you require a qualified, hardworking, and well equipped work force, STM Trailbuilding can meet your needs.

We have extensive experience building pump tracks, bike parks, single track mountain bike trails, hiking trails, multi-use trails, and natural surface multi-use paths.

We own our own tools and equipment: Traditional trail hand tools, Takeuchi TL130 track loader, Case CX17B mini-excavator, and a vibratory plate compactor.

We also have a maintenance component to our business. Many of our staff worked at the world renowned Valmont Bike Park. We offer bike park, pump track, and all other trail type maintenance, rebuilds, and enhancements.

We also offer trail maintenance consultation by helping you create a maintenance plan, writing job descriptions, making recommendations on tool and equipment purchases, and advising on the structure of a volunteer program. Many of us at STM Trailbuilding have worked for public agencies, managed volunteers, and have volunteered hundreds of hours of our time on public trails. A volunteer program and community involvement will be crucial to the success of your maintenance program. Our insight will aid in your success.
